New masterplan vision for a new tourist city in Hezhou, Guangxi province. The project take inspiration from the surrounding iconic hills of this region and integrate the design with the natural landscape. The sustainability aspect has been crucial into the design of this masterplan. Integration with the existing water bodies and the preservation of the existing green protected areas have been taken into consideration in the design of the masterplan. The density has also been adjusted in order to create the right balance between human scale and return of investment.
