The project consists of 6 new office blocks of around 50,000 sqft of office floor to be integrated within the rest of Bagmane Capital IT park. The objective is to create a green fabric beneath the office buildings in order to weave the different civic and open spaces. Creating a healthy and collaborative environment that respects social distancing between the users and that embraces a sustainable living workspace. Extensive areas of retail and sports amenities, together with medical facilities to future proof the development against pandemic outbreaks, will help to feed and activate the public space realm, which will be used by everyone and will be a feature for the entire development.
