The aspiration for this project is to create a business park like a city center. Creating a well-connected and usable public space for the people working here. We treat the plot like a little old city plan. The massing is broken in different buildings with a different facade treatment. The intention is to open the complex to the surrounding area and create a strong connectivity. The complex is divided into different blocks with unique treatment. This gives a very special look and feel to the site. In between the block people can enjoy little square and well landscaped street. Support retail like F&B is situated in the ground floor.
