The new construction is situated on a slope neighboring the coast of Port de La Selva – a small but important landscape on the beaches of Catalonia.

The construction features two residential houses located within close proximity. Each building has 4 homes with 4 parking spaces with a functional program of 1 bedroom suite + bathroom, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with terrace.

The project challenged us to integrate the volumetry with the extreme orography of the terrain. The access to the houses is produced by the roof of the building, making it synchronized and respectful of the surrounding site.
