For the Panyu Mixed Use the main concern was to create a new kind of urban fabric for that area.

A mixture of private and public realm areas is proposed in response to the local need of privacy and limited access for the residents. At the same time, we create an interior public promenade for the retail areas of the project in order to isolate the customers from the heavy traffic surrounding the project.

The interior commercial promenade or street retail will serve as a link element for the high office tower, the service apartment, the residential towers and the villas; using the public spaces to create a connection between the different private areas of the project.
