Mixed Use masterplan project comprising of mainly residential typology: a shop house township, a 5-star hotel, a vertical market inspired by the breath-taking nature of the project, and a journey connecting different destination points for visitors and residents of the area.

Nestled in one of the most scenic valleys of North Vietnam (exact location still in confidentiality status), this project will become home for a new community.

Preserving the existing pine tree forest, the project will host a new market with accessible roof top, an iconic “Cliff Hotel” with breath-taking views of the valley and a new reconverted animal sanctuary.
