The Hai Hoa Beach Resort, located on the coastline of Hai Hoa, features unique architectural design and cultural elements. Envisioned as a harmonious fusion of Dong Son’s Bronze Era heritage and the fluid elegance of nautical aesthetics, the resort exudes sophistication and coastal allure.
Hai Hoa Beach Resort spans a sprawling 2-hectare expanse. The resort’s sea-facing masterplan intricately distributes a 4-star hotel, eight luxurious villas, a stand-alone restaurant, lush green lawns, and shared facilities. Each element is crafted to seamlessly blend luxury, comfort, and a rich cultural experience.
The project aims to boost Hai Hoa’s appeal and contribute to Thanh Hoa’s tourism industry. The Hai Hoa Beach Resort beckons discerning travellers, establishing itself as the quintessential destination for business and leisure pursuits.
Harmony of Nature and Luxury in Hai Hoa Beach Resort
Hai Hoa Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam located in the Tinh Gia district of Thanh Hoa province. The beach is close to historic temples, ancient artefacts, and picturesque mountains. Being in such an untouched, yet prime location, our design strategy ensures an organic and tropical feel. It uses a unified architectural and landscape language to define a wonderful experience.

The client’s primary requirement was ensuring every hotel room and villa had access to sea views. This requirement shaped our design direction, which follows nature’s lead.
Inspired by the region’s rich cultural heritage and naval history, the resort’s design features elegant lines resembling ships and boats. The soft, semi-curved lines and chamfered corners of the villas, restaurant, and main building reflect the aesthetic choice.
The resort has been designed as a low-rise development to preserve the beach’s natural beauty. The rounded corners of the hotel and the balcony terraces extending along the facade evoke the fluidity of waves. This design enhances the visual appeal and provides guests with uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding landscapes.
The hotel’s terraced, L-shaped massing maximises sea views for all guestrooms, with careful consideration given to sun exposure and privacy.
Enhancing Coastal Views & Preserving Natural Beauty
- Elevated podium to give guest great views upon arrival
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by stunning panoramic views from the elevated lobby and drop-off area. The amenities are strategically located between the hotel tower and the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the pools, water features, and lush green terraces while soaking in the sea views.
A beachfront restaurant offers alfresco dining experiences, seamlessly connecting with the natural surroundings. Each luxury villa is accessed via meandering paths through organic landscaping, offering more exclusivity and privacy.
The exterior terraces and numerous sea-facing facilities provide an organic sense of space, in keeping with the nautical interior design of the villas and restaurant. Hai Hoa Beach Resort’s interior design features natural materials such as stone, fibre ropes, wood, and rattan, complementing the overall harmony with the environment.
