The aim of the project is to create a modern office park integrating public space and landscape. As part of the brief it was required to have flexible space for the office plate at different levels. The composition of the massing is defining a central courtyard at different level with a sunken plaza. This become the main public space for the entire complex. The treatment of the tower creates steps, terraces and landscape opportunity at different levels. The final result is a dynamic composition of 3 volumes surrounding the central courtyard. The facade treatment is expressing the structure creating a pattern in the overall facade. Different materials and pattern in the facade create a vibrant composition for the look and feel of the project.
