The aim of the project is to create a modern office park integrating public space and landscape. As part of the brief it was required to have flexible space for the office plate at different levels. The site is in a slope condition, so particular attention to the accessibility was a requirement from the client.

The composition of the massing is defining 4 towers connected by and horizontal podium element. Two central courtyards create the public plaza for the project. This become the main public space for the entire complex. A ramp following the natural slope of the site is highlighting the horizontal volume of the podium and guarantee the best accessibility.

The final result is a dynamic composition of interlocking volumes surrounding the 2 central courtyards. Public spaces are created in different levels take advantage from the podium roof.
