Due to the absence of a built environment around the site, the site faced challenges from strong winds and sand. To address this issue, we employed an aerodynamic design approach that reflects the layout of Azizi Precinct 002.

Inspired by the concept of “The Tide,” Azizi Precinct 002’s architectural design is seamlessly integrated with the waterfront. Our design philosophy, centred on the ebb and flow of the lagoon, emphasises the project’s fluidity, connectivity, and harmony with nature.

The buildings’ rectilinear forms and gentle curves closely resemble the ever-changing landscape of the sea. Balconies designed with curved forms minimise wind impact and improve functionality and aesthetics, enhancing Azizi Precinct 002’s overall harmony with the environment.

Upon entering, residents are welcomed by light-filled spaces that capture the tranquillity of the shoreline. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning panoramic views of the lagoon, seamlessly connecting the indoor space with the outside.

The landscaping at Azizi Precinct 002 incorporates local trees, plants, and water features to create a visually appealing environment that promotes relaxation and a strong connection with nature.

Here, the landscaped gardens feature water elements and meandering pathways that complement the architectural design and waterfront surroundings. A green belt closed loop enhances biodiversity and provides residents a serene retreat.

The interior design focuses on fluidity and continuity, with public spaces embracing natural living and greenery. Light and neutral tones promote a sense of calmness while using natural elements such as wood, which adds luxury and warmth. An extensive use of glass allows for natural light and connection to the outdoors, enhancing tranquillity.
