This publication by Actar Publishers, with efforts from key contributors, is the product of four years of research in China, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand on building cities that are resilient to the impacts of Climate Change and adapting our design strategies for a carbon-neutral future.

In two volumes, the book presents a set of theoretical essays and innovative solutions from fellow reputable scholars.
