Will the gradual depopulation of the urban areas and mega-city be a possible answer for the after pandemic?

Will the current model of growing cities still be sustainable and safe in the near future?

With these thoughts in our mind, we are glad to release some images of a recently completed masterplan in Vietnam. Nestled in one of the most scenic Valley of the North of the country, this project will become home for a new community. Preserving the existing pine tree forest, the project will host a new market with accessible roof top, an iconic “Clift Hotel” with breathtaking view of the valley and a new reconverted animal sanctuary.
