This upscale residential development in Bangalore has secured first place in the Residential Interiors (Concept) category. It has also been recognised as the ‘Architectural Innovation of The Year’ (Concept).

A Vision of Elegance and Modernity

27 Summit is in a unique green enclave near Bangalore’s Central Business District. The project blends traditional charm with contemporary architectural principles. It is designed to establish a serene, resort-like ambience in one of India’s most bustling urban areas, harmonising sophistication with modern-day necessities.

Overcoming Challenges with Innovation

One of the significant challenges we faced with 27 Summit was its proximity to older buildings. This could obstruct the desired 360-degree views of Bangalore’s skyline. Through meticulous planning and geometric precision, we designed three iconic residential wings that avoid direct sunlight from the east and west. At the same time, we ensured unobstructed views and ample natural light.

The approach enhances the living experience and maximises energy efficiency by reducing reliance on artificial lighting and air conditioning.

An Iconic Living Experience

The dynamic façade of 27 Summit was inspired by the indigenous Banyan Tree. It features interlocking double-height decks, full-height glazing, and landscaped decks with full-sized trees. As a result 27 Summit offers breathtaking views and integrates vertical greenery, establishing a profound connection with nature.

27 Summit is more than just a residential development: it’s a lifestyle destination. The project boasts over 30 world-class amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, banquet hall, gym, spa, and more. These facilities are designed to cater to the discerning tastes of affluent residents, providing a luxurious living experience that is second to none.

Commitment to Sustainability

Sustainability is a core principle of the 27 Summit project. From the outset, our esteemed client placed a high importance on incorporating sustainable solutions, which perfectly aligned with our beliefs.

We conducted a detailed site survey, ensuring that most mature trees were preserved and integrated into the design. The project features energy-efficient practices, recycled materials, rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and over 80% open space.

Biophilic elements such as balcony trees and urban farming spaces promote a harmonious coexistence with nature.
