By revitalising streets, buildings, and public spaces, the development fosters an active and walkable environment, reducing car dependency and creating a dynamic urban landscape where retail, housing, and workplaces coexist harmoniously.
Connectivity and Accessibility: A Walkable Urban Core
A central pillar of the project is enhancing connectivity through well-designed pedestrian pathways and dedicated bicycle lanes. This shift towards sustainable mobility encourages healthier lifestyles while ensuring seamless navigation across the district.
